Overview of Exterior Wall Insulation Services

Brick, Wood, or Dry Wall can be Drill Filled, Plugged or Patched. 2 holes per cavity Brick 1”, Wood or Dry Wall 1 1/2” with 2x4 R-15 or 2x6 R-23 after wall blow is injected. Using 2 holes per cavity will fill over 95% of the wall cavity with no settling.

First the pattern is laid out so that holes can be made between each cavity made by the wall studs structure. Then they are carefully drilled so there little exterior damage. This method of insulation injection is quick and clean. With very little mess around the walls.

Then the cavity is filled. This method of injection fills all the nooks and cranes leaving no dead space.

Filling siding is the same process as brick.

To finish all holes are patched and smoothed so in the end not much shows.
